IntroBot — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding IntroBot to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

2. Description of Service

IntroBot plays a short audio intro when users join a voice channel. Users can upload custom audio files or set a text-to-speech phrase as their intro.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not upload audio that is illegal, hateful, harassing, explicit, or infringes on third-party copyrights.
• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or disrupt the bot's functionality.

4. Content

You retain ownership of audio files you upload. By uploading content, you grant IntroBot a limited license to store and play that content for the purpose of providing the service. You may delete your content at any time using the /intro remove command.

5. Limitations

• Audio files are limited to 2 MB and 10 seconds of playback.
• The bot is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability.
• The bot operator reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at any time.

6. Termination

You may stop using IntroBot at any time by removing it from your server. The bot operator may discontinue the service or revoke access without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
